Gelsemium  Sempervirens 10X, Ignatia Amara 12X, Passiflora Incarnata 12X, Stramonium 12X.

INDICATIONS:

Difficulty in sleeping due to: Changes in sleep environment, stress, fatigue. Sleep onset insomnia. Difficulty in returning to sleep after awakening in the middle of night. Disturbances in shift work & jet lag etc.

DOSAGE:

Adults :10-15 drops in some water, 3-4 times a day.
Children: Half the adult dose or as directed by the physician.
